1. Accreditation Letter Confirmation: (from OC)


Find in 'Related Items' below an example of a letter that confirms your accreditation.


2. To complete the Official visa Application


- Please find enclosed the application form for French Visa

The participation letter sent by the OC should be attached with the French official visa form.

This letter will be submitted to make the visa application process easier.


3. Official Visa request to the relevant local Authorities:


Please be aware that an official visa request has to be granted and completed within the time frame allowed by the relevant local authorities.
